JQL Filter - Need to create Kanban board for three different request types for different projects

Hello,

Checking for tips on how best to create a filter for Kanban boards using three different request types for different projects.

Something like this should do it:

project in (project1, project2, project3) AND "request type" in (type1, type2, type3)

Hi @lapacquah.bryant ,

Thanks for reaching out here in Atlassian community.

You can create simple JQL as suggested by @Mikael Sandberg and configure it on your board. And I would suggest to use 3 swimlanes on your kanban board. Swimlanes can be based on projects, or based on request types as per your choice/requirement.

Or you can configure multiple quick filters, so in one click on your board you will be able to see only issues related to one project or only issues related to one request type.

@lapacquah.bryant -

I agreed with what @Mikael Sandberg suggested.  However, In JSM, one should manage issues in project by using Queues.  Kanban and Scrum boards management are suited for Jira Software application projects and not typically use for JSM projects.
