Hi there,
I have a question about the view in the browser tabs.
As you can see in the in the screenshot, attached to this question.
There are 2 tab views of the browser.
On the left, you can see the issue of the normal view of JIRA SM. On the right side is the view via the portal. I would like to get the "issue-key" more present and want to have it like the normal view in this case: [REQ-69].
Is there anyway to do this?
Thanks in advance - bet regards, chris h
Not that I know of - it's showing you the title of the ticket in the customer view, rather than the unique identifier (which I assume Atlassian sees as more important to a customer).
You could use Automation to put the Key in the Summary field if you like - something like this...
...and then in the customer view it will show for them in the tab?
Depends on the need, I guess.

I will activate that and waiting for the customer feedback,
Best regards, chris h
