JIRA Cloud in Microsoft Teams(team group chat) not showing issues.

I installed the JIRA cloud extension from TEAMS marketplace and I am trying to incorporate.

I am trying to integrate teams In Microsoft TEAMS with JIRA cloud. I am using the following guide to integrate : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YM7eqE89MnY. I have made a filters for the different teams to view issue related to them. I am view issue under these issues on the JIRA service Management on web.

Now when I add JIRA CLOUD to the teams chat in MICROSOFT TEAMS, and use any of the filters, it doesn't display an issues. Instead I am getting an error : "Following organizations do not exist:<Organization Name>". What could be causing this and how do I approach to this problem?

I am tried uninstalling and reinstalling it again. That didn't work.

Organization Name hidden because of privacy reasons.
