JIRA API error: "Session auth token does not include expected resource servers in audience server"

Maciej Sza January 12, 2022

Hi,

I am developing integration with my app via JIRA / atlassian API. I have correct connection with app. "Test connection", "export clients", "get project list" are working properly.

When I tried to create a new "ticket" for project key "PI" (Project ITSM), I got a response with an error:
"stdClass Object (
[error] => Session auth token does not include expected resource servers in audience server. Token was issued for: [https://maciejsza.atlassian.net/])"

request:
"{\"requestFieldValues\":{\"summary\":\"Test Subject\",\"description\":\"dfsdfsdf sd fsdfs d fsdfsdf sd fsdf \"},\"requestTypeId\":\"4\",\"serviceDeskId\":\"2\"}"request

For authorization and connection I using these endpoints:
https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/api-group-request/#api-rest-servicedeskapi-request-post
https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/user-impersonation-for-connect-apps/

I will be grateful for your help.
