I know that is possible to Set up SLA calendars, following the steps mentioned down below:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-a-new-calendar/
But I need to add holidays in my automations calendar as well.
Is that possible?
Hi @Gustavo Solato,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
You will not be able to set a calendar for when the automation should run, but you should be able to use a lookup table that has your holidays and then use smart values to compare the current date with the table to see if the automation should continue or not.
Hello Mikael,
Thank you for the reception and for the answer!
I will search for the documentation to apply those smart values then.
Best regards,
Gustavo.

Hello Mikael,
Do you know some case of the use of this lookup table with the holidays? Or some example maybe?
I´m quite lost about how I could build it.
Best regards,
Gustavo.

Hi @Gustavo Solato
Alternatively, you can use a third-party add-on such as SLA Time and Report for Jira (developed by my team). In it, you can set up a calendar with holidays and apply it at once to ALL SLA settings, including SLA goals with their automatic actions.
Try it. Maybe it will be more convenient for you.
