Issues with search

Edited

We are using JIRA Cloud and up to yesterday, we could search OK. Today when we search none of the tickets that came up yesterday are being shown and those tickets do exist as I can find them directly as I have the ticket number.

Is there an administrative setting that might need to be checked? Is there some way to reset/restart indexing?

Hello @Mo Bhimji

There is no method in Jira cloud for an admin to force a reindex.

What is the filter you are using to retrieve issues? Are you sure that the issues match the filter you are using?
