Good afternoon!
Please see screenshot. I currently trying to use my current ITSM (not jira) to email and open a duplicate issue in jira for further testing and so on.
The emails are getting REECTED with "Auto-reply mail" as the detail.
How can I temporarily allow these auto-reply emails?
And what specifically is triggering Jira to flag these?

My guess is that the email has some flag/code in it's header that is causing Jira to reject it, in order to prevent an email/issue creation storm. I've heard something about that before but sorry, I don't have the expertise to give you more info on that.
