We have a Jira Service Management Project that we have been using for a while. Starting about a week ago, some of the email messages that the project is connected to have not been imported into the project. These messages are in the Inbox of the email account, but are not being imported into the project. Missing Messages do not appear in the 'Incoming Email Logs'. The issue is intermittent and it's unpredictable when messages are not imported.
Can you help us troubleshoot.
