We've come across what must be a bug with the JSM portal. When you are at the home screen, if you scroll down before you click on the "Need to raise a request? Contact us." button. The "Raise a request" screen is scrolled down the same amount from the previous screen. Is Jira aware of this problem? Is there a plan in place to fix this odd behavior?

I think it is best to report this issue to the Jira Service Management (JSM) support team by creating a support ticket. The JSM team will be able to verify if it is a bug and provide information on their plan to fix it.
Simply log in to your account on Atlassian Support Center and Create an issue by selecting Jira Service Management product.
