Hello everyone,
I am confused with on situation about my admin access rights.
I am administrator of jira service management and i have all access to jira but for some reason i can`t access to page is indicated below.
Can someone explain me this situation.
Thanks in advance.
You are not the org admin.
There is this nice article explaining different admin roles in JIRA. Checkout https://actonic.de/en/comparison-of-different-administration-levels-in-jira/
Hi Aleksandr
That looks like you were trying to access user management. You must have site admin permissions to do that.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Is test-guavapay the actual site name in which the products are added? Could you re-check?

This doesn't seem right. You should probably open a support ticket with Atlassian to find out what is going on. Please post back here with the resolution.

Hi again,
I haven't written to Atlassian support yet, but now i have access right to Org admin site.
And i think may be at first i need to add our company products(Jira service management, Jira software, Jira confluence) in section "Products" and then i will be able to manage URL link of them.
What do you think about it?

Hello, i have a question, i hope you can give me answer.
Currently our company have jira organization link test-guava.atlassian.net for app:
Jira service management
Jira software
Jira Confluence
And my question is - if i create new link for example guvapayltd.atlassian.net for app:
"Jira service management" do we have to pay additional fee for this separate link?
