Issue with Monday.com integration

Dear Tech Support team,

 

I have a critical problem with Monday.com integration with Jira. On monday.com, when I enter my account detail and API token, I am not able to see the projects and tickets. As Monday.com tech support confirmed, the issue is related to Jira. I look forward to your kind help regarding this issue.

What's the tool that you're using? 

If you're still looking for a solution, we've launched an app in the Atlassian Marketplace.

Thanks to that app, you're able to integrate Jira projects with the Monday.com boards, 1-way or 2-way, with attachments, comments, custom fields, statuses, and so on.
