Issue/ticket page UI is messed up

My issue page UI is messed up, The CSS seems to collide with everything and it's getting merged.
It's working when I switch it to devices under inspect element but it's not a good solution.

Are other browsers experiencing this issue? Which browser is this? Clear cache?

@Jack Brickey I tried clearing caches, Incognito nothing worked.
It did work correctly when I tried it on brave.

I'm using the Google Chrome dev build. Version 99.0.4840.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit).
