I'm asking the community about an unexpected behavior on Jira Service Management (cloud).
When I add a new IT Service Management project (from the template) to my organization, I can see all my issue types name starting with [System]. Such as below.
I tried to change default language, indexing language, profil language, if by chance it can explain this behavior without any success.
Does anyone knows why it happen and how to fix it ?

The ITSM projects have different workflows, so when creating an ITSM project it will create specific Issue types and it has the [System] in front of its name to differentiate from other existing issue types.
If you go to Cog icon > Issues > Issue types you can see that there are Issue types with the exact same name and the Issue types with [System] are only associated with ITSM projects.
