Hey community,
for my company I am using Jira Service Desk with the Email connector to communicate with our customers about requests and bugs.
My customers create issues by sending an email to our jira project.
Since the Jira Update on 15.11.23, we face the problem, that the (since ever) used Issue-Screen is not showing the initial message / ticket description anymore.
That has an heavy impact due to our daily business and I hope, the community can help us quickly.

After some hours it seems, that atlassian fixed this issue itself.
Without any doing, the missing fields were back again.
