Hi,
I'm currently making some changes to the Issue view however when I have added them to the context fields and then removed due to a change of mind, it has then removed them from the top section of the actual ticket view. I'm just wondering how to get them to show back here

Yes, you can put the field back. You can edit the "Issue View", to find it go to Project Settings>Request Type>Issue view.
