Is there away to limit a portal topic to specific customers/users?

Hello,

Creating our company held center portal. Was wondering if there is a way to limit a topic so that the requests within are limited only to a specific group of people. For example creating an HR topic with HR specific requests.

Hi @Bassel_Kharwat , thanks for posting to the Community! Yes, the Request Types in JSM can now be Restricted to a specific person or group. Open the project Request Type you want to restrict, and at the top right is the Restrictions button. Click that and add the user name, group, or customer org to which you want to limit that R-type. You can restrict the ability to raise requests and/or who can view issues.
