When using JSM under a HIPAA compliant environment, the guide states we must DISABLE all notifications, push and email. Is there no way to at least allow email and configure TLS between our mail servers and Atlassian or to use our own SMTP so at least our users can be emailed? I don't see us going live with a JSM powered helpdesk without the ability to email or notify users when we've worked on their tickets!!!
