Is there any way to hide / remove Help Center page in my Jira Service Management

Hello there! I just created my first and most probably only one Customer Support project. By default there is a page /servicedesk/customer/portals. So my customer gets firstly to this page and then has to navigate to the my project page /servicedesk/customer/portal/1.

Is there any way to hide / remove that initial /servicedesk/customer/portals page and navigate my customers directly to the my Customer Support project page?

Hi @Ilia Astafev Unfortunately, Jira Cloud doesn’t provide a native feature to hide or remove help center page. You can follow a process to provide a direct link of your servicedesk portal or request type to your customers.
