We use Automation for Jira to email different tickets over to a third party IT company. Randomly the rules started failing saying "Failed to send to the following e-mail addresses multiple times". If I edit the rule to send to an alias of the original email, it goes through with no issue. I have checked with the third party IT company and the email that is sent is not even hitting their email filter so it is not being sent in the first place. Is there a way to see why this is happening?
It may be possible that particular email is backlisted for some reason .
