I am trying to setup Jira to email groups of staff that are going to be working in Jira Service Desk when a ticket is created and assigned a specific category. We have a web request type for tickets that staff have to select a category for and I can't find anywhere in Jira documentation for how to configure email alerts for a specific category. We have different teams of employees working tickets based off of different categories, they view their specific category tickets using queues for the categories they are responsible for. The problem we have right now after starting to use a new Jira Project is that the staff working tickets don't know when a new ticket is being submitted so they have to keep the page up and keep refreshing periodically throughout the day.
