Is there a way to replace a user for everything?

Our organisation recently changed ownership and we now use different Atlassian accounts, but still utilise the same Site.

I'm looking to replace a User in all aspects (rights, tickets, filters, confluence pages).
I've swapped my own tickets from my old account to my new account, but I can't see away to transfer individual page ownership for entire Confluence Spaces without doing them one-by-one.

Alternatively, is this something Atlassian themselves by be able to assist for me?

@Joel Garner -

Hi Joel:

Can you provide further clarifications on the following of your ask?  So, we can assist further.

1) What do you mean by different Atlassian accounts, but the still using the same site?  Are you saying that the URLs remain the same as before?

2) What do you mean by user "old account" versus "new account"?  Are you saying that an user's account (i.e. account name/address) is now different then before?

3) Have you/your site admin teams already migrated all users of your products from one company to the new company's data?

You can always submit support request to Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for direct assistance on your ask.

Hi Joseph,

It's a little complicated, but essentially we were "business 1" and we've been absorbed by "business 2".

Prior to the merge, as  "business 1" we had our own Jira Cloud instance, but we did work with "business 2" and their jira instance.

We have our own "business 1" ICT accounts and we also had "business 2" accounts. As a part of the merge, we are shedding all identity as "business 1" and are now using our "business 2" accounts. So we are trying to de-brand our "business 1" Jira and re-brand it to match "business 2", but we're still keeping the sites separate.

I'm sorry if that is convoluted.

The issue we have is that when we slowly replace our "business 1" accounts with our "business 2" accounts, most ownerships look like they can only be manually changed.

As example, I, as the Jira admin, have created most of our Confluence pages.
So they are all own by Joel.Garner@Business1.com, as opposed to Joel.Garner@Business2.com.

This is fine for any ticket fields because we can bulk change, but stuff like Page/Filter/Dashboard/Rules/Automation ownership looks to only be changeable 1 at a time.

There are arguments for us to just migrate our projects across, but the merge isn't so clear cut.

Thank you.
