We have Halp sync'd with our JSM instance. We also have the Jira Cloud Slack app installed, in order to receive notifications on JSM tickets. Tickets (and responses) created via Halp are now causing duplicate notifications from both the Halp bot and Jira Cloud app. Is there any way to prevent Halp-generated tickets from triggering notifications, whilst still getting notifications from Jira Cloud on email/web-created tickets in JSM?
This is still an issue, 18 months later. Is there any way to filter the Slack notifications so that tickets that are raised via Assist (in Slack) don't get another notification from Jira? This is an example from our triage channel in Slack...
