Is there a way to integrate microsoft teams and set up a channel where customers can raise a request

I want to integrate teams so customers can go to a specific teams channel and they can raise a request through teams.

We are working on this functionality as part of Microsoft Teams Jira Connector.

We expect this to be released in the next couple of month.

Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, Jira Cloud does not have an integration functionality that would make your SD customers able to create tickets directly from a Channel in MS teams. We have the following feature request to implement this functionality:

create Microsoft Teams add-on as you have for Jira Cloud and Jira Server 

As far as I searched, we only have the following free app that allows internal Jira Users to properly create tickets from MS teams:

That being said, I recommend you to contact the support team responsible for the application above. They have a roadmap for the implementation of new features and can give you more details and possible workarounds to achieve your need:
