Is there a way to have a password protected form?

When you add a request form to your portal you can have your project as open or restricted to invited parties. Is there a was to have a form on your portal password protected so that I could give out a password to that form and change it the next month so that I could decide to continue them to have access to the form or restrict access for the form?

@Ben Larson nothing like that currently exists in the delivered forms product.  I am not aware of any apps in the marketplace that provide that either.
