Is there a way to exclude or filter out one reporter and include the rest?

I need to pull all of our incident tickets, but I need to exclude the Opsgenie ones. I need to somehow exclude the Opsgenie reporter and include the rest. Seems like it should be easy, but I am not figuring it out.

A query similar to this should do the trick:

project = JSM AND reporter != opsgenie
