On sub-task creation a form is created displaying custom fields that are from the original issue creation screen?
Is there a way to reset it so that sub-task entry is a short text entry field? The top screenshot is subtask creation and the bottom screenshot is the message "Specific Products Required" I am hit with when attempting to submit my request despite it being hidden on the form.
I included a third screenshot showing the issue type screen scheme in case it is helpful. Please note that I have little experience in working with Jira so your patience is appreciated.
I checked the field configurations and see that the Specific Products Required Field is listed as optional.
12/21/2021: I was able to get the subtask screen as desired - I am still unsure how to remove the Specific Products Required as it is not displayed on the form.
