Is there a way to associate Jira comments with labels and create custom threads?

Hi there,

My use case goes something like this: I have a lot of comments in Jira (be it Software, Work Management, or Service Management) and I want to associate them with labels. For example, a long thread between support agent and client.

The objective is to classify comments and quickly access the ones I am interested in the most. 

Is there a native Jira feature or Marketplace app that does this?

Hi @Fares Laroui_Vectors_ ,

I assume you mean that certain text in a comment would result in a certain label? If so, have you consider using automation to inspect the comment made and if it meets certain criteria then add a label?
