Is there a way to allow users to only see their requests in Help Center?

We are wanting to use Help Center so our users can see all of the details in a Request that they have been invited to within our JSM project. We would like to make it so they can only see the Requests that they are connected to, not all of the Requests for the JSM project. Is there a way to do this?

Hi @Curt Metcalf welcome to the community.  There should be some settings to check.

Do you assign each customer to an Organization?  I've seen it where the Organization isn't set when an issue is created.

The first think I can think of is in the Project Settings, Customer Permissions.  I only have it that Customers can only search for customers in their Organization.  The other thing I would check is under Products / JSM / Configuration and not have email requests automatically shared with their organization.

Hope that helps.
