I'm part of an organisation that uses offsite and onsite support teams. The offsite support teams are Agents in my JIRA instance but our onsite support team as specific to certain customers we look after. Our onsite support team have only Portal Access to view tickets and do not require agent access.
Is there a way to use automation so that when a specific customer submits a JIRA issue, it would automatically assign our support teams customer organization to the issue so they can view and comment on the issue?
Based on the current options for Organizations in the automation, there doesn't seem to be a way to do this but thought I'd see if there might be another option.
