Is there a streamlined way to manipulate the email "to" field based on issue criteria?

Good morning! This is what I am wanting:

1 Rule and 1 email component.

I then want the "to" filed to be dynamic based on issue criteria. For example:

If priority = low, send email to John Doe
If priority = medium, send email to John Doe AND Jane Doe
If priority = high, send email to John Doe AND Jane Doe AND CEO...

Now I know I can do this in a convoluted way with either MULTIPLE automation rules, or MULTIPLE email components, but these would both require having the email written out in 3 different places. If I wanted to then edit the email, I would have to edit it 3 times, etc. What would be the best practice to accomplish the above logic in a single rule using a single email component? Thank you!!2024-08-23_11-27-40.jpg

HI @Tyler Giles

You can't.

You are specifying conditions in your request. These have to be set in the automation rule based on the condition is true or false you can action.

Alone based on these requirements you can't have a single mail component, and otherwise its also not possible.
