Hi
I am a service desk project for my Dev team.
I was searching for empty templet or a general templet where I can remove all request type and add my custom request type
I have tried with general templet which was available but with in that email request type Iam not able to remove it
Need suggestions and help on this please
Thanks in advance
Hi @Kaustubh Harshe and welcome to the community,
Use the general template as you have already chosen, and simply disable the email request by going into the project > project settings > Email Requests > click on the ellipsis menu > Disable All Email Requests:
After doing so, go back to your request types and make any changes you want.
Let me know if that helps!
Hi @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ ,
Thank you for your response!..
In first image you can see that option is available to delete request Type , but in 2nd image you can see there is no option to delete the Email Request Type
Is it possible to remove Email request?
Thanks
Kaustubh
