I want a timer to start automatically when I open a ticket in Jira Service Management. Is it possible or is there a plug-in?
Hi @Jeremy
Out-of-the box, this is not possible. there are free apps that feature a timer:
Hello @Jeremy
If this is Jira Service Management, You can use the Concept of SLAs. Or even you can have Automation as well to keep track of time.
Thanks
Asha

There are SLAs that have kicked in out of the box. I went in and tweaked them to fit my situation.
