Is it possible to use dynamic variables in combination with mention function for canned response?
I was trying to create canned response template and was unable to tag someone in combination with dynamic variables as seen in the screenshot. Issue is that "reporter", in this case, won't receive email notification that he was mentioned in a ticket but everyone who is involved in ticket will receive an email only notifying them about that comment was posted. Is there a way to combine this two functions. All I get for now when using this combination is only greyed text as seen in the screenshot. The goal would be using canned response template where, in this case "reporter", would be automatically mentioned in the comment and only "reporter" would get a notification email about comment.
