We want to let them know about features/enhancements but have been needing to create separate spreadsheets for each customer which is not scalable.

It is not possible to share Dashboards with Service Management customers natively. You can add your vote to a change request on that topic here:

You might be able to use third party apps to accomplish your goal. Here are some I have seen mentioned in other posts.
