Hi @Elitsa Velikova

As @Stefaan Boes mentioned, Extension for JSM supports such functionality.

It is like a multitool for your Customer Portal. It is possible to share much more than just linked issues.

You can find more in the documentation

Feel free to book a demo via our Customer Support team.

Hi @Salvatore Montalto ,

You can expose linked issues to you customers using our app Advanced Portal Reports.

It will also allow you to show any custom field on the Request view in the portal and it also provides your customers (portal users) with a table report where they can see, search, filter and export all their Jira Service Management tickets, including many additional details (incl. linked issues, SLAs, custom fields, etc.), with a very simple UI. If it sounds helpful you can try it free for 30 days.

Greetings,

Elitsa

Hi @Salvatore Montalto ,

There is no native functionality. You can present linked issues in a nice way using our app Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management. Which also includes more useful features, such as editing requests by customers or creating customizable and scheduled banners.
