Is it possible to inject data into a request that's created by the JSM Widget?

eilon I'm New Here Feb 18, 2021

I would like to automatically inject data from the application into the request that's created by the Jira Service Management Widget.

Information such as: ip address, user name, and other identifiers about the customer.

Is there any way of doing such a thing?

Welcome to the community.  There is no way to capture this information through the widget.  It also does not exist in the portal yet although there is a request for it.
