Is it possible to enforce to fill the custom field while response from Helpdesk?

Is there a way in Jira Service Desk to require an Agent to fill in a specific field when changing the status of a request to Done? Currently, when changing the status to Done, the Resolution, Linked Issues, and Issue fields need to be filled. I would like to enforce that a specific Custom Field is also filled in. Is this possible?

Hi @백재현/DevOps,

I suggest that you should create a new screen with these fields (Resolution, Linked Issues, and Issue custom fields,...). Then, add this screen to the transition to status Done.
