When working on a issue in JSM, there's a field so I can chat in via Microsoft Teams. Can I also have teams per customer so I can chat with the employees about the customer?
An excellent question.
A few questions:
- are you referring to customer as a company/tenant?
- do you have a custom field for this in JSM?
I would say today it is not possible with any existing integrations (official or Marketplace).
I do think it is doable with a custom JSM webhook handler or app.
