Any advise here would be great.
We have a Jira service management board, and when a ticket is set to Approved there is an action button associated with it.
When the action is selected a clone ticket is created in a 2nd board.
The question here, is when the clone ticket has been moved to status of Done or Live is it possible to automatically close the parent ticket in the JSM board.
