Is it possible to change the article icons in the service portal?

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to change the article icons in the service portal?

My team has two (Confluence) spaces with articles for different target audiences, so they want to make a contrast visible between articles in the search bar of the service portal where those articles can be found. Is that possible?

Hello @Faroek Sweet

Unfortunately, this isn't possible within Help Center.

You can take a look at categories if you want to make a distinction. It will give your customers something to click on.

Depending on the amount of articles, Topics might also be something that you can look into.
