I have create a Dashboard in Service MANAGEMENT and woluld like to give permisions to people with no licence of agent, only client of the portal,
is it possible?
Hi Pilar,
Yes you can. You just have to give them browse access only in the project. If they need to be assigned or edit a ticket you will have to consume a license.

Thanks for the response,

We use data center. I'm assuming it will be the same for cloud too.

Hi @Pilar Lopez Gracia - Did it work for you when working on cloud environment?
If it works, can you please share what are the steps for setup?
I tried to add a "non agent" user to a new group I have created.
I have granted "browse projects" + shared dashboard permission to that group.
Still, the user do not have access to the dashboard.
Thanks!
