I'm looking to migrate to the cloud and after performing a test migration looks like I have to recreate my automation rules in the cloud.
Previously on server I had a rule to send an email and was using the variable
`${event.user.name}`
Is this variable still available on the cloud or is the correct one to use:
`{{initiator.displayName}}`
Thanks!
Hi @James Duffy ,
Welcome to the community!
Cloud indeed has different smart values to use for Automation.
You can find a summary here.
However, if you are talking about sending customer notifications from JSM with the Legacy Automation, you still need to use ${event.user.name} as smart value in your email.
Hope this helps
