Could a request type be shared among more than one project? could you confirm?

it is possible to find a request type id in more than one service desk?

TLDR: Yes

Every object in Jira has a unique id. It is well buried, but there is one.

So, no, whilst you can share request types, you can not share issues across projects.  An issue can only be in a single container (project) at a time.

If I understood your ask correctly, are you asking a REST API call which to pull all request type ID for all of your JSM projects?

The available REST API call is as per each JSM project.  The Request Type ID is unique for each project can cannot be shared within multiple project based on my knowledge.
