Interested in integrating ServiceNow 'Projects' with JIRA user stories and wondering if this is possible?

Hello @Brian Buckley
Thank you for posting in the community,

I'm Jose, from the Exalate team.

I don't know the details of "ServiceNow connector for Jira", however, you can integrate Jira and ServiceNow very easily through an Exalate connection.

You can connect any ServiceNow entity (Incidents, Service Request, Request Item, etc) to Jira issues in any project, it could be started from any of the two ends.

You will also be able to sync any field (custom or not) bidirectionally.

@Brian Buckley , there are plenty of tools out there that allow you to connect Jira SM and ServiceNow and transfer/sync a variety of data. ZigiOps is one of them. It's a no-code integration platform. It's fully customizable so you could tailor it to fit your use case - meaning you could choose the fields/data you need.

You can always take a look at it and give it a try by booking a demo - to see it in action.
