Hello - we are a mid-size company providing MSP services. I am looking to see if Jira can let me centralize processes, customize dashboards, create, and manage automated service desk modules, and make data-driven decisions.
Welcome to the community. In my opinion JSM is a great tool to support of your ask (i.e. give you a portal UI for customers to enter their asks/issues reporting for your team to process from the beginning to the end)
On the other side, Jira Software (AKA Jira) is great for internal team to track their development projects. It is simple and straight forward to integrate your JSM and Jira Software projects.
