There are so many small things wrong with JSM Cloud that were reported like 5 years ago, still with zero activity.
Do current customers of Jira Service Management Cloud have any options in terms of rebates or free migration services to other services? What is the plan for JSM Cloud customers? Are we just stuck trying to find new services on our own?
I sorta understood when Atlassian killed the on-prem version but I never expected this to happen with the cloud version so this is all very confusing.
Hi Jason,
Not sure exactly what you are asking, but if it is whether Atlassian will give your money back or pay to migrate you to another non-Atlassian tool, I would highly not expect that to happen. If you are paying monthly, then you can drop your subscription at any time and not pay the next month. But if you paid annually, you never get back any portion of that paid amount if you decide to not use the tool after the first 30 days.
And, like Bob's question I would be interested in what exactly is keeping your from being productive with JSM.
Can you be more specific about the shortcomings you see? I can understand it can be frustrating, but many of my clients are happy with JSM Cloud.
