Is JIRA down?

Hi Guys, 

We suddenly have issues with JMS.  No issues/tickets can be opened in JMS.

We are receiving this error when open a queue/ticket.Screenshot 2024-06-03 at 3.40.24 PM.png

Hi Elaine:

There seems an active incident going on on the Atlassian Cloud env which impacted the Jira product for multiple customers.  I will review/check the following page when you never encounter another similar issue in the future -

https://status.atlassian.com/

cannot create a ticket to Jira support either.

Same for us, but the status page says everything is working Jira Service Management Status (atlassian.com)

Same in our instances, can't open a ticket with the standard method.

Same for my entire team. Cannot login to the support page to file a ticket either.
