Is CTI Integration available ? (Phone Integration)

We want to

- Directly display current processes (e.g. offers, open tickets, etc.) of the contact during telephone calls
- Input option / documentation of results from the ongoing call
- Jump to distribute interactions and tasks internally (e.g. resource requests, etc.)"

Any good idea on that or a good market place app (cloud only?)

The same request here, to open a ITSM issue based on the ticket number a customer given in a voice bot during the call and when the agent accept the call, the ticket should be opened in the Browser window with Jira already started and logged in.
