Hi, I am trying to invite a new team member to our project but the new team member is unable to receive the invite email

Hi @Anish Zahoor ,

if the user has checked their spam or junk folders and the administrator has verified that the invite was sent then I recommend opening a ticket with Atlassian support. There are occasions where some emails get blocked and they must clear them.
