Internal user details (pulled through Atlassian Access) for reporting

Good morning all,

I would like to pull reports on tickets submitted by department. We are using Atlassian Access and I can see the department is being pulled into the Atlassian account of the reporters.

Question is now how I can report on this? I haven't found a field yet I can pull into Excel and I really would like to avoid adding an additional field just for that information if the information is right there.
